She has been sparking ideas from deep customer understanding for over three decades. Through an extensive innings at McKinsey & Company, one of the “Big Three” management consultancies, she learned how to solve complex strategic problems, developing strategies in industries as diverse as diapers and drainage systems. Whilst at The Coca-Cola Company, she was privileged to work on some of the most renowned brands, developing insights to drive growth through innovation and differentiated communications. Her experience also includes building innovation capabilities and processes at SPX Corporation, a global manufacturer of industrial equipment.
